Who is responsible
CAESTOR is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at info@caestor.be. Full identification details are given in the legal notice.
Which data
We only process the data you send us yourself through the contact form:
- name
- company
- e-mail address
- phone
- subject of your request
- your question
In addition, the hosting provider keeps technical server logs (such as IP address and time of a request) to keep the website secure and available.
Why and on what legal basis
- Answering your request and preparing a quotation: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Answering other questions: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle and follow up your question, unless a contract follows. In that case the retention periods that apply to that contract apply.
Who receives it
Your data is only processed by processors we need to make this website work:
- the hosting provider of this website
- a service for sending e-mail
- our e-mail provider
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. Transfers outside the European Economic Area only take place with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies. More information is on the page Cookies.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. To exercise these rights, send an e-mail to info@caestor.be. We reply within the statutory period of one month.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit): www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
Security
The website works exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We only ask for the data that is necessary, and the contents of the contact form are not stored on the website: they are forwarded directly as an e-mail.
